Recommended protocol according to UNE-EN ISO 17665-1:2007:
- autoclave 134 °C / 5 min, or
- autoclave 121 °C / 30 min + drying 30 min
Components are cleaned during production, but are not supplied sterile.
Support for dozens of systems – Ti-bases, Multi-Unit, screws, copings and libraries for exocad, 3Shape, Dental WingsDistribution: Exklusiv Dent s.r.o.

Frequently asked questions when selecting by brand
Practical answers for safe selection of a compatible IPD product branch.
Why is the implant brand alone not enough when selecting a prosthetic component?▾
One brand may include multiple systems, diameters and prosthetic platforms with different geometries. Safe selection therefore requires at least the specific system and platform, and often also the gingival height and indication.
What does a two-letter IPD series such as DB, OB or UB mean?▾
An IPD series is an internal product branch grouping components intended for a specific compatible interface or system. Once the platform has been verified, it is advisable to keep the scan body, Ti-base, analog, screw and library within the same verified branch.
What do NP, RP, WP, NC or RC designations mean?▾
These are prosthetic-platform designations used by different manufacturers. Their meaning is not universally interchangeable across brands. Always interpret them in the context of the specific implant system.
Can I combine a scan body from one IPD series with a Ti-base from another?▾
Not based on geometric similarity alone. The digital workflow must use components and library references verified as one compatible assembly for the specific platform.
What is the best way to identify an unknown implant before selecting a component?▾
The most reliable source is the implant label, implant passport or original documentation showing the manufacturer, system, diameter and platform. If the information is unavailable, send us the documentation you have for individual verification.
What if I cannot see my implant system in the list?▾
The list is a navigation layer over the current import, not proof that no solution exists for another system. Contact us with the exact implant name or label and we will verify compatibility.
Are IPD components original components from the implant manufacturer?▾
IPD manufactures its own compatible prosthetic components. Implant-brand names on the website are used to identify compatibility; they do not imply that the component was manufactured by the original implant manufacturer.
Where can I find a more detailed guide for INNO®, DIO®, Dentis s-Clean and Neobiotech® IS-III?▾
A separate multi-system guide is available for these systems. It explains the difference between similar geometry and a genuinely verified product branch and links the scan body, Ti-base, analog, screw and CAD/CAM library.
