- Implant system and platform, for example Straumann BLX 4.6 or Nobel NP.
- Component type: Ti-base, Multi-Unit, scan body, digital analog, screw or instrument.
- CAD software and version, for example Exocad Chemnitz 3.3 or 3Shape.
- TECH or LITE library and the exact package name, if you know it.
- Screenshot or photograph of error messages, Toolbox settings, the component and its seating.
